[ご注文の流れ]
モデルとなるうさぎさんのお写真を　fumeluca Instagram DMまたは [email protected]までお送りください。
お写真をもとに完成イメージのデザイン画を作成いたします。そちらをご確認いただいてからラグの制作に入ります。
※デザインの詳細はメールでのやりとりになりますので、[email protected]からのメールを受信できるようメール設定のご確認をお願いします。
※ご購入後、１週間以内にお写真をお送りいただけない場合はご注文をキャンセルさせていただきます。

抗菌、防臭加工が施された糸を使用しています。匂いの原因となる菌の繁殖を抑制します。
裏地には滑り止めメッシュを使用しています。
 
＜注意事項＞
・お使いの端末画面によって色の見え方が異なる場合がございます。
・汚れた際は汚れ箇所を中性洗剤などで丁寧にお拭き取りください。
・アクリル毛糸を使用している為、バスマットとしてのご使用はお控えください。
・飛び出た毛糸は引っ張らずにハサミでカットして下さい。
・ひとつひとつ丁寧な制作を心がけておりますが既製品の様な強度はありません。ハンドメイド作品ということを十分にご理解頂ける方のみご購入下さい。ご購入後の返品、交換は受け付けておりません。

We'll create your perfect rabbit rug based on your preferences!
This semi-custom rug allows you to match the colors and patterns of your beloved rabbit. Please note the following customization options.

What you can customize:
・Rabbit Colors & Patterns: Change the rabbit's fur color and add/modify its patterns.
・Outer Frame Color: Change the color of the outer border.

What you cannot customize:
・Rabbit's Silhouette: The shape of the rabbit's silhouette cannot be changed.
・Rabbit's Parts: The shape of the rabbit's individual parts (e.g., ears, limbs) cannot be changed.
・Rug Dimensions: The rug's overall size is fixed.
・Adding Text: Names or other text cannot be added.

・This is a made-to-order product. Please allow approximately 1 month for delivery after your order is confirmed.
・PayPal is not available for this product. Due to BASE's system, orders paid via PayPal are automatically canceled if not shipped within 10 days, a deadline we cannot meet for this made-to-order item. We apologize for any inconvenience.

How to Order:
Please send the photos of the rabbit you'd like us to model to either our Instagram DM or to [email protected].

Based on your photos, we will create a design draft of the finished product. Once you've approved the design, we will begin production on your rug.

・If we do not receive your photos within one week of your purchase, your order will be canceled.

・The yarn is treated with an antibacterial and deodorant finish to prevent the growth of odor-causing bacteria.
・The backing features an anti-slip mesh.

Important Notes:
・Colors may appear different depending on your screen settings.
・For stains, gently wipe the affected area with a neutral detergent.
・This product is made with acrylic yarn and is not intended for use as a bath mat.
・If any yarn pulls out, do not pull it. Instead, carefully cut it with scissors.
・Each rug is carefully handmade, but please understand that it does not have the same durability as a mass-produced item. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for this handmade product.
