[ご購入後の流れ]
ご希望の組み合わせ（立ち耳×立ち耳／たれ耳×たれ耳／立ち耳×たれ耳）とモデルとなるうさぎさんの写真（背中含む）をインスタグラムのDM、または[email protected]までお送りください。
ご記載内容をもとに完成イメージのデザイン画を作成いたします。そちらをご確認いただいてからラグの制作に入ります。

・お使いの端末画面によって色の見え方が異なる場合がございます。
・汚れた際は汚れ箇所を中性洗剤などで丁寧にお拭き取りください。
・アクリル毛糸を使用している為、バスマットとしてのご使用はお控えください。
・飛び出た毛糸は引っ張らずにハサミでカットして下さい。
・ひとつひとつ丁寧な制作を心がけておりますが既製品の様な強度はありません。ハンドメイド作品ということを十分にご理解頂ける方のみご購入下さい。ご購入後の返品、交換は受け付けておりません。

We'll create your perfect rabbit rug combination!

This semi-custom rug allows you to create a personalized piece based on your preferences. Please note the following customization options:

What you can customize:
*Ear Combinations: Choose from Upright-eared x Upright-eared, Lop-eared x Lop-eared, or Upright-eared x Lop-eared combinations.
*Rabbit Colors & Patterns: Specify the color and patterns of the rabbits to match your own pet.
*Outer Frame Color: Change the color of the outer border.

What you cannot customize:
*Composition/Layout: The basic design layout cannot be changed.
*Rug Dimensions: The rug's overall size is fixed.
*Adding Text: Names or other text cannot be added.

How to Order:

1. After purchase, please send your desired ear combination (Upright x Upright, Lop x Lop, or Upright x Lop ) and the photos of your rabbit (including its back) to our Instagram DM or to [email protected].
2. Based on your information, we will create a design draft for your approval before starting production on the rug.
3. Due to BASE's system specifications, orders paid via PayPal are automatically canceled if not shipped within 10 days. As this is a made-to-order item, we cannot meet this shipping deadline. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Important Notes:
・The colors may appear different depending on your screen settings.
・For stains, gently wipe the affected area with a neutral detergent.
・This product is made with acrylic yarn and is not intended for use as a bath mat.
・If any yarn pulls out, do not pull it. Instead, carefully cut it with scissors.
・Each rug is carefully handmade, but please understand that it does not have the same durability as a mass-produced item. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for this handmade product.
