商品ご購入前に、以下の注意事項をお読みください。

＜ご注文方法＞

・備考欄にご希望の商品の番号をひとつご記入ください。備考欄は購入手続きの画面にあります。 （番号無記入または複数記入の場合は注文をキャンセルさせていただきます）
・なるべく多くの方にお届けできるよう、１回のご注文につき１点のみでお願いします。
・セミカスタム商品以外は備考欄に色や模様の変更をご記入いただいても対応しませんのでご了承ください。
・ご注文順の制作になりますので、お届けまで最長1ヶ月半程度いただきます。
・こちらの商品にはPayPal決済はご選択しないようお願いします。（PayPal決済の場合、10日以内に発送しないと自動キャンセルになってしまうため）
・複数のお客様が同時に購入手続きをされている場合がございます。システム上、先に決済の済んだ方が優先されますのでご了承ください。

＜注意事項＞

・商品画像はお使いの端末画面によって色の見え方が異なる場合がございます。
・当ショップのラグはアクリル毛糸を使用している為、バスマットとしてのご使用はお控えください。
・汚れた際は汚れ箇所を中性洗剤などで丁寧にお拭き取りください。
・飛び出た毛糸は引っ張らずにハサミでカットして下さい。
・ひとつひとつ丁寧な制作を心がけておりますが既製品の様な強度はありません。ハンドメイド作品ということを十分にご理解頂ける方のみご購入下さい。ご購入後の返品、交換は受け付けておりません。

＜HOW TO ORDER＞

-Please write down the number of the desired product from the menu in the remarks column. The remarks column is located on the purchase procedure page.
If no number is entered or multiple numbers are entered, the order will be canceled.
-Please only order one item per order so that we can deliver to as many people as possible.
-We cannot accept color and pattern specifications in the remarks column.
-Please enter your name and address in alphabetical characters.
-Your rug will be completed in 2 months after ordering.
-Due to system reasons, credit cards issued overseas may not be accepted.
In such cases, please use AmazonPay or PayPal for payment.
-Multiple customers may purchase at the same time. Please note that the customer who completes payment first will be given priority in the system.

＜CAUTION FOR OUR RUGS＞

-Do not machine wash, iron, steam, or dry clean. If necessary spot clean by dabbing with a damp cloth. 
-Not meant for use in bathrooms.
-Small pieces of yarn can shift out of place. Please feel free to snip off any loose or long pieces of yarn. Do not pull them out.
